The rule applies to filings by attorneys and unrepresented parties. The Court adopted it to replace the varied circuit-level administrative orders on AI disclosure and certification, and AOSC26-12 directs that courts not impose local AI orders. Docket SC2026-0673 remained open after comments closed August 11, 2026, so further amendment is possible.
