The notice restates existing Rule 11 duties rather than creating a new rule, lists what courts expect (including independently confirmed citations), and says specific rules or orders may still require disclosure. Administrative Order 36 (effective May 18, 2026) governs court employees only.

Individual courts or judges in North Dakota may have their own orders.

Rules change, and individual judges and courts may have their own orders. Check the court's site and your judge's standing orders before you file.
